Gather & Grow ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, and what your rights are.
Who we are
Gather & Grow. You can contact us about anything in this policy at hello@gatherandgrowuk.co.uk.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, and whatever you write in your message.
- Email enquiries: your email address and the content of your message.
- If you join a waitlist or mailing list in future, your name and email address.
We don't collect payment details, health information, or anything sensitive directly through this site.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, keep you updated about Gather & Grow (retreats, the community, the podcast) if you've asked us to, and to improve what we offer. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't currently use analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels. If that changes, this policy will be updated to say so before it happens.
Other services you might use
Retreat tickets are booked and paid for through Eventbrite, which has its own privacy policy covering that transaction. Once our online community launches, it will run on Skool, which will handle membership data under its own privacy policy. We link to Instagram and Facebook, which have their own privacy practices when you visit them.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it to respond to you or maintain an ongoing relationship with you. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. To do any of this, email hello@gatherandgrowuk.co.uk. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

It is not medical advice and isn't a substitute for seeing a qualified healthcare professional. Always speak to your GP or another appropriate professional about symptoms, diagnosis, or treatment.
Retreats
Retreat places are booked and paid for through Eventbrite and are subject to Eventbrite's own terms as well as the details listed on each event. Get in touch with us directly if you have questions about a booking before you pay.
Membership community
Our online membership community is coming soon and will run on Skool, which will have its own terms of use that apply once you join.
Content and intellectual property
The text, images and design on this site belong to Gather & Grow unless stated otherwise. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking us first.
Our liability
We do our best to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee it's always error-free, and we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Gather & Grow grows. The version on this page is always the current one.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
