This Privacy Policy and these Terms & Conditions are a working draft written for Gather & Grow. They haven't been checked by a solicitor — treat them as a starting point, and get them reviewed properly before the online community or any paid membership goes live.
Privacy Policy
Gather & Grow ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, and what your rights are.
Who we are
Gather & Grow is led by Julie Taylor, an NMC Registered Nurse and co-founder. You can contact us about anything in this policy at Gatherandgrow2026@outlook.com.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, and whatever you write in your message.
- Email enquiries: your email address and the content of your message.
- If you join a waitlist or mailing list, your name and email address.
- Membership: if you join through Skool, Skool collects the details you give it when you sign up and pay, such as your name, email address and payment details. As the community’s administrator, we can see member information that Skool makes available to us, such as your name and email address.
We don't collect payment details, health information, or anything sensitive directly through this website. Membership payments are handled by Skool and its payment providers, and we don't see or store your card details.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, keep you updated about Gather & Grow (future gatherings and the developing membership) if you've asked us to, and to improve what we offer. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't currently use analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels. If that changes, this policy will be updated to say so before it happens.
The free event page embeds a video from YouTube (Google). We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, which is designed to avoid storing information on your device until you play the video. Once you play it, YouTube may set cookies and collect data under its own privacy policy.
Other services you might use
Retreat tickets are booked and paid for through Eventbrite, which has its own privacy policy covering that transaction. The online membership is hosted on Skool (skool.com), which handles sign-up, payment and member accounts under its own terms and privacy policy. Please read them before you join. We link to Instagram and Facebook, which have their own privacy practices when you visit them.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it to respond to you or maintain an ongoing relationship with you. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. To do any of this, email Gatherandgrow2026@outlook.com. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

General information, not medical advice
Everything on this site and within the Gather & Grow community — articles, retreats, and conversations with other members — is for general information and support only. It is not medical advice and isn't a substitute for seeing a qualified healthcare professional. Always speak to your GP or another appropriate professional about symptoms, diagnosis, or treatment.
Retreats
Retreat places are booked and paid for through Eventbrite and are subject to Eventbrite's own terms as well as the details listed on each event. Get in touch with us directly if you have questions about a booking before you pay.
Membership community
The Gather & Grow membership is a paid online community, hosted on Skool, offering health education, calming practices and shared learning for women.
The membership opens on 16 November 2026.
Joining and payment. You join and pay through Skool, so Skool’s own terms and privacy policy also apply to your membership. The price and billing period are shown at checkout before you pay.
Cancelling. You can cancel your membership through Skool at any time. Cancelling stops future payments.
Refunds and your rights. These terms do not affect your legal rights as a UK consumer, including any right to cancel within 14 days of joining. Any further refund terms are shown at checkout.
Being part of the community. Please be kind and respectful, don’t share other members’ posts or personal details outside the community, and don’t post spam or promotional material. We may remove members who break these rules.
What you post. You are responsible for what you post. Please avoid sharing detailed personal medical information, in line with the general information notice above.
Changes. We may change the membership or its price. We will tell members in advance of any change to what they pay.
Content and intellectual property
The text, images and design on this site belong to Gather & Grow unless stated otherwise. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking us first.
Our liability
We do our best to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee it's always error-free, and we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Gather & Grow grows. The version on this page is always the current one.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
